Amusemen nterprises <br />Amusenent enterprises, such as Fairs, Carnivals, Bazaars, and live <br />shows, may be permitted in an;y district except Districts R-16, R-9, <br />M-2, and M-3, subject to this section. The petition fer a special-use <br />permlt shall be acccmpanied by: <br />(a) A list of rides, side shows, and coreessions proposed to be <br />used 1n the attraction; <br />(b) An apprax::imate layout of the area to be used and location ot <br />the various attractions, including a:ny necessary temporary <br />housing tacilities; <br />(c) Such plan shall indicate ccmpliance with setbacks ordinarily <br />required for structures in the particular district and the <br />availability or off-street parking; and <br />(d) A stateuent agreeing to abide by all Building Code regulations <br />and by all regulations of the Fire Department and the Health <br />Departrrent, applicable to the particular use. <br /> <br />An emergency existing, this ordinance shall be in force on and after June 27, 1966. <br /> <br />Upon reconmemation of the Planning Commission, Council also unanimously authorized the <br />issuance of a "special_use" permit to the Martinsville Volunteer Fire Company, subject to <br />comp1.i.aJx:e by the applicant with regulations of the Zoning Ol'dinance, thus enabling the <br />applicant to conduct its annual (1966) Firemen'S Bazaar (week of June 27th-Juq 2nd) on the <br /> <br />northwest sides of Liberty Street and Armory Road. <br /> <br />By unanimous consent of members of Council to consider and act upon the business hereinafter <br /> <br />covered in these minutes, council unanimously reappointed Messrs. Henry C. Reed and Thornton <br />G.
