<br />November 28, 2006 <br /> <br />A regular monthly meeting of the Council of the City of Martinsville, <br /> <br /> <br />Virginia, was held on November 28, 2006, in Council Chamber, Municipal <br /> <br /> <br />Building, beginning at 7:30 P. M., with Mayor Kimble Reynolds, Jr. presiding. <br /> <br /> <br />Council Members present included: Kimble Reynolds, Jr., Mayor, James W. <br /> <br /> <br />Clark, Vice Mayor and Council Members Mark T. Anderson, J. Ronald Ferrill <br /> <br /> <br />and Kathy C. Lawson. <br /> <br />Following the invocation by Council Member Lawson and Pledge to the <br /> <br />American Flag, Mayor Reynolds welcomed everyone to the meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Lawson moved to approve the minutes of the October 9 <br /> <br />meeting as presented; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the <br /> <br /> <br />following vote, with all members voting: Vote 4-0. Yeas (4) - Reynolds, Clark, <br /> <br /> <br />Anderson, Lawson. Nays (0) - None. Abstain (1) - Ferrill. Council Member <br /> <br /> <br />Lawson moved to approve the minutes of the October 24 and November 2 <br /> <br />meeting as presented; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the <br /> <br />following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5-0. Yeas (5) - Reynolds, Clark, <br /> <br />Anaerson, Ferrill, Lawson. Nays (0) - None. Council Member Lawson moved to <br /> <br />approve the minutes of the November 14 meeting as presented; the motion was <br /> <br /> <br />duly seconded and carried by the following vote, with all members voting: Vote <br /> <br /> <br />3-0.
