<br />56 <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />JANUARY 9, 1973 <br /> <br />Mr. A. C. Drewery appeared before Council to initiate a petition for the rezoning <br /> <br />of a portion of his property located on the east side of Cleveland Avenue, near <br /> <br />Church Street, from P-2 Professional classification to C-2 Commercial classification, <br /> <br />whereupon Council unanimously referred this petition to the City Planning Commission <br /> <br />for its report and recommendation. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Mr. Lester, seconded by Mr. Hartford, and carried on a unanimous vote, <br /> <br />Council retired into Executive session for the purpose of discussing personnel <br /> <br />matters and the discussion of a legal matter with the City Attorney, after which <br /> <br />session Council returned to the Council Chamber, whereupon Mayor West explained that <br /> <br />Council had discussed the personnel and legal matters, but that no action had been <br /> <br />taken. <br /> <br />Council was adjourned. <br /> <br />l~) / &l4I.AA/'( <br /> <br />T.
