We were not able to get information on how to handle land that will be owned by <br /> <br />a city/utility(ies) between normal water line and upper flood plane. I understand <br /> <br />that APCO has a "Flowage Easement" with land owners that allows use with no <br /> <br />responsibility to APCO. A permit would be needed on anything that projects into <br /> <br />the lake. This will be added to the report when confirmed. <br />
