<br />(, R <br />t -' <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 13, 1979 <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />its role in preventing or diminishing cash shortfalls and/or its role in maintaining an <br /> <br />appropriate level in a debt service reserve fund, and the advantage of proceeding with <br /> <br />the second phase of an engineering feasibility study, during and/or following such a <br /> <br />study the Council will have a number of opportunities or "cut-off points" for review <br /> <br />and as a basis for its decisions to proceed or not to proceed further with the project. <br /> <br />Council, in expressing its appreciation to Mr. Craigie and his associates, referred <br /> <br />Mr. Craigie's report and comments to the City's Select Citizens Committee for review <br /> <br />and for its report thereon back to Council, meanwhile accepting the offer of Mr. Craigie <br /> <br />and his associates to assist the Select Committee in its review as well as in its <br /> <br />exploration (which Council requested) of the cost of the recommended second phase of an <br /> <br />engineering feasibility study. <br /> <br />Council was adjourned. <br /> <br />-' ..; " ,~;...:..
