He agreed with Senator <br /> <br />Reynolds regarding the annexation issue and if Council would request a <br /> <br />binding referendum relative to reversion, he would be very inclined to support <br /> <br />it. <br /> <br />Judy Mattox, on behalf of Congressman Goode, indicated that he <br /> <br />strongly supports 1-73, a top priority, and for Council to feel free to contact him <br /> <br />at any time on other issues they deem important. <br /> <br />Matt Hankins, Communications Manager, expressed regrets for Delegate <br /> <br />Armstrong, who had a conflict, but will attend our November 28, 2006 Council <br /> <br />meeting. Also, Council's legislative package was also sent to Delegate Danny <br /> <br />Marshall, who was unable to attend, but had read and will continue to <br /> <br />support.
