He also mentioned that he had received a report from the Fire <br /> <br />Chief indicating that since 1998 a total of $2,001,617 had been received in <br /> <br />grants with only a cost of $218,907 to the City. <br /> <br />City Attorney Eric Monday reminded citizens that Halloween will be <br /> <br />observed on the 31 st, <br />
