In o.rder to be eligible for this <br />financing, an area must be designated as a revitalization area. Taking this action <br />comes at no cost to the city, but the benefits derived will have a long-lasting social <br />and economic impact in a positive way. Once this resolution is adopted and <br />forwarded to VHDA,thei.r representatives would be willing to. come to Martinsvil1e <br />and conduct a forum and instruction. session for the benefit of any property <br />owners desiring to take advantage of the financing product(s) that they now offer. <br /> <br />Attachments: <br /> <br />Historic District Map <br />Census Map <br />Resolution <br /> <br />Recommendations: Motion to adopt Resolution <br />
