<br />t. <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />MARCH 22, 1983 <br /> <br />---- <br /> <br />STAFFING: <br /> <br />In order to accomplish the work program outlined above, the Corporation will employ a <br />full-time Executive Director and not more than one additional full-time employee. The <br />Executive Director will be responsible to perform all the administrative functions <br />necessary to carry out the policies of the Board of Directors. His duties will include <br />compiling community data, developing suitable industrial sites, liaison with business <br />and industrial prospects, preparing and administering grant applications, and public <br />information. <br /> <br />FUNDING: <br /> <br />It is the recommendation of the committee that the overall operations of the Corporation <br />be funded equally by Martinsville City Council and Henry County Board of Supervisors. In <br />addition, private contributions will be sought. <br /> <br />TIMETABLE: <br /> <br />In order to express progress towards its goals in measurable terms, the following <br />objectives are established for the Corporation: <br /> <br />1.
