<br />r' ,- <br />o~ <br /> <br />September 12, 2006 <br /> <br />Bruce Dallas, 211 Massey Street - trees growing over the street on Askin <br /> <br />need to be trimmed, more street lights, more dead ends than any other area in <br /> <br />the city, mentioned positive things in the community such as renovations of <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />two properties on Starling, problems with large dogs running at large and new <br /> <br />legislation from the General Assembly <br /> <br />Martha Beam, 224 Park Street - big dogs that are running at large, mail <br /> <br />carrier afraid to deliver the mail. <br /> <br />Peggy Bowen, 109-1/2 Emmette Street - problems at 112 Emmette Street <br /> <br />James McFarland, 709 Starling Avenue - trash on streets, repairs to <br /> <br />Starling Avenue Bridge, credit to those who have renovated two properties on <br /> <br />Starling Avenue. <br /> <br />Robert Breckenridge, 1204 Askin Street - cars parked on streets and <br /> <br />kids hanging out at night, difficult to get through. <br /> <br />Council and staff in attendance had informal discussion with citizens <br /> <br />regarding issues brought up at the meeting and no business was transacted. <br /> <br />Mayor Reynolds thanked those in attendance for their comments and <br /> <br />suggestions and encouraged them to pick up a copy of the Council's Goals and <br /> <br />Initiatives from the City Manager's Office.
