Frank Wilson Park and <br /> <br />expressed her interest in seeing the park being revitalized. <br /> <br />Council Member Lawson moved to approve the following Consent Agenda <br /> <br />items (Attachment A) relative to the FY06 and FY07 budgets; the motion was <br /> <br />duly seconded and carried by the following vote, with all members voting: Vote <br /> <br />5-0. Yeas (5) - Reynolds, Clark, Anderson, Ferrill, Lawson. Nays (0) -None. <br /> <br />· For FY06, $45,000 from HUD to pay for a study of the Economic <br />Development opportunities in the West Church Street Corridor; <br />$1,045 from the state for maintenance of the Armory; adjustments to <br />reflect the Note and Expenses associated with renovation of Patrick <br />Henry School and adjustment to reflect the refunding of a 1999 Bond. <br /> <br />· For FY07, $1,111 in forfeited assets, donations for the Police and Fire <br />departments and reimbursement of prior expenses by the Registrar in <br />the amount of $11,362. <br /> <br />Council Member Lawson thanked all the citizens who had participated in <br /> <br />the recent Community meetings and reminded everyone of the upcoming <br /> <br />meeting for the Southside area on September 12 at 7:00 p.m. at Fuller <br /> <br />Memorial Baptist Church. Vice Mayor Clark stated that he had received a lot <br /> <br />of feedback from citizens interested in seeing Wilson Park become useful again. <br />
