<br />March 28, 2006 <br /> <br />After a showing of the video, Mr. Collins congratulated Jeff Joyce of <br /> <br />Public Works as the quarterly winner and Molly Shelton of Electric as the <br /> <br />annual winner. <br /> <br />The following city employees were recognized for receiving service awards <br /> <br />from January through March: <br /> <br />25 years - Keith Mikles, Electric; Stephen Joyce, Police; Paul Wood, <br />Water Resources and Ernest Marlowe, Water Resources <br /> <br />15 years - Cindera Martin, Police; Roy Prillaman, Sheriff's Office; Coretha <br />Gravely, Police; Robert Boitnott, Police <br /> <br />10 years - Dawn Vaughn, Police; Sheila Clark, Treasurer's Office; Jimmy <br />Ashworth, Fire; Rodney Howell, Fire; Henry Hall, Public Works <br /> <br />5 years - Darrell Hammock, Water Resources; Jason Fulcher, Sheriffs <br />Office; Phillip Aaron, Water Resources <br /> <br />Iris Read, Human Resources Manager, presented a plaque and flag to <br /> <br />Council from the 3rd Battalion and 320th Field Artillery of the 101 8t Airborne <br /> <br />Division, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The flag was flown in the City's honor over <br /> <br />Forward Operating Base Remagan, Tikrit, Iraq on January 21, 2006, as a <br /> <br />symbol of appreciation for the City's adoption of the Head Quarters Battery 3- <br /> <br />320 FA unit and its generous support of the soldiers. Council Member Roop <br /> <br />expressed his appreciation to Mrs. Read for introducing the program to <br /> <br />Council. <br /> <br />Council next considered the need to approve the increase in the City's EMS <br /> <br />ambulance transport fee rates to be more in line with recent changes in Medicare <br />
