<br />The minimum charge for a customer under this Schedule will be 60 % of his contract capacity, <br />but in no event shall this charge be for less than 100 KW. <br /> <br />Special Terms and Conditions <br /> <br />1. Customers under this Schedule shall be required to contract for a definite amount of <br />electrical capacity in kilowatts, sufficient to meet normal maximum requirements. In no <br />case shall the capacity contracted for be less than 100 KW, and the City may not be <br />required to supply capacity in excess ofthat contracted for except by mutual consent. <br />Contract capacities shall be in multiples of25 KW. <br /> <br />2. Service under this Schedule will normally be delivered through not more than one single <br />phase or one polyphase demand meter, and the customer's demand will be taken monthly <br />to be the highest registration for a 15-minute period on that meter. <br /> <br />3. The reactive demand in KV AR shall be taken each month as the highest single 15-minute <br />integrated peak in KV AR as registered during the month by a demand meter. <br /> <br />4. Where a customer has more than one building or facility on the same site or where a <br />single building is allowed more than one service, the monthly billing demand will be <br />taken as the sum of all the separate meters involved. <br /> <br />9 <br />
