Absent (2) - Ferrill, Roop. <br /> <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Reynolds moved to adopt a Resolution (Attachment A) <br /> <br /> <br />authorizing the City to become a member of American Municipal <br /> <br /> <br />Power-Ohio, Inc., the motion was duly seconded and carried by the <br /> <br />following vote, with all members voting: Vote 3 - O. Yeas (3) - Cobbe, <br /> <br />Reynolds, Clark. Nays (0) - None.
