Leon Towarnicki, Public Works Director, eXplained <br /> <br />the order of priority and indicated that all requests are taken into <br /> <br />consideration. <br /> <br />City Manager Collins indicated that he had received back from the <br /> <br />Tobacco Commission the signed copy of the Performance Agreement with <br /> <br />Hooker Furniture and it would be on the next agenda for Council action. <br /> <br />Council agreed to consider the Closed Session item of appointments to <br /> <br />Boards and Commissions at their next meeting. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before Council during their <br /> <br />work session, Mayor Cobbe declared the meeting adjourned at 3:32 P.
