Council expressed that the season <br /> <br />had been a great success for the community and that they had received <br /> <br />positive comments from the fans. <br /> <br />Council next considered a progress report on departmental goals for <br /> <br />FY05-06. There were no questions and City Manager Collins indicated that <br />this report would be presented each quarter. <br /> <br />Council next received a report concerning security issues relating to the <br /> <br />municipal building. Leon Towarnicki, Public Works Director, briefly <br /> <br />summarized the findings and recommendations of the committee comprised of <br /> <br />representatives from the Sheriffs Department, Police Department, Public <br /> <br />Works, Safety Officer and the City Attorney. The recommendations will be a <br />part of the FY07 budget discussions. <br /> <br />Council next received a brief report from Clarence Monday, Deputy Fire <br /> <br /> <br />Chief, concerning the need for Council to adopt a resolution formally <br /> <br /> <br />recognizing NIMS as the City's standard for incident management. This item <br /> <br /> <br />was carried over to the next meeting. <br /> <br />In other business, Mayor Cobbe read a letter from the Auditor of Public <br /> <br />Accounts indicating that the constitutional officers have maintained <br /> <br />accountability over Commonwealth collections for the year ending June 30, <br />
