This was discussed in detail at the last work session <br /> <br />and Bob Phillips, Safety Officer gave a brief summary again. Council Member <br /> <br />Clark moved to adopt the following Resolution; the motion was duly seconded <br /> <br />and carried by the following vote, all members voting: Vote: 4-0. Yeas: (4) _ <br /> <br />Cobbe, Reynolds, Roop, Clark. Nays: (0)- None.
