Also, included is <br />a 12-month comparison report for same area for the previous 12-month period. <br /> <br />The main neighborhood concerns continue to be unsightly properties, dilapidated <br />houses and inoperative vehicles. Details on concerns are notes on attached report. <br /> <br />From 9/04 to 9/05, there were 315 concerns processed and for the previous <br />period from 9/03 to 9/04, there were 283 concerns processed. The increase for <br />the current report may be due to active neighborhood watch programs as well as <br />residents taking more pride in their properties due to the city's clean up efforts in <br />enforcing the property maintenance ordinance. <br /> <br />This report includes all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and does <br />not include routine calls for service. <br /> <br />Attachments: <br /> <br />Southside Graphs <br />Voting Precinct Map <br />Southside Citizen Concerns <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />No action required <br />
