B. <br /> <br />Customer Service <br /> <br />Nominees for the 2005 Second-Quarter Service Excellence <br />Award and announcement of Quarterly Winner Service <br />Excellence Award 2nd qtr 2005 <br /> <br />The Service Excellence Award program was developed by the Customer Service <br />Committee to provide an incentive for delivering excellent customer service. Each <br />quarter, members of the Customer Service Committee (who are exempt from the <br />award) meet to score nominations to select a quarterly winner. The four quarterly <br />winners are then eligible for the Annual Service Excellence Award. To date III <br />employees are among those in this elite group of nominees. <br /> <br />City employees have the opportunity to nominate other employees who they feel <br />deserve to be recognized for going the extra mile in creating a positive & productive <br />working atmosphere by submitting a written, signed statement giving examples as <br />to why the employee should be considered for this recognition. <br /> <br />Congratulations to the following nominees who have been invited to the meeting: <br />Judy Hodges (Human Resources) <br />Frank Holland (Inspections) <br /> <br />The 2nd quarter 2005 winner will be announced at the meeting. <br /> <br />Attachments: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Recommendations: No action required <br /> <br />Motion <br />Second <br /> <br />Mayor Cobbe <br />V-Mayor Reynolds <br /> <br />Roop <br />Ferrill <br /> <br />Clark <br />
