CITY OF MARTINSVILLE <br />SCHEDULE OF ELECTRIC SERVICE <br /> <br />Schedule: Small General Service (S.G.S.) <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATES: <br />City of Martinsville: 07101105 <br /> <br />Availability of Service <br /> <br />Available for small general service customers with normal maximum electrical capacity requirements of 25 KW <br />or less per month. <br /> <br />When a customer being served under this Schedule establishes or exceeds a normal maximum requirement of <br />25 KW per month for more than two months during the past twelve months, the customer will be placed on the <br />appropriate rate Schedule. <br /> <br />Monthly Rate <br /> <br />Customer Charge ................................. $13.64 per Month <br /> <br />Energy Charge <br />All Metered KWH ............................. .05149 per KWH <br />Levelized Fuel Factor <br />All metered KWH .............................. .02271 per KWH <br /> <br />Minimum Charge <br /> <br />This Schedule is subject to a minimum monthly charge equal to the Customer Charge, plus such <br />additional charges as are derived from application of the Demand Charge and Energy Charge. <br /> <br />Special Terms and Conditions <br /> <br />Service under this Schedule will normally be delivered through not more than one single phase or <br />polyphase demand meter, and the customer's demand will be taken monthly to be the highest <br />registration for a 15-minute period on that meter. <br /> <br />Where a customer has more than one building or facility on the same site or where a single building is <br />allowed more than one service, the monthly billing demand will be taken as the sum of all the separate <br />meters involved. <br /> <br />This Schedule shall be used to serve apartment houses where the individual units are not separately <br />metered. An apartment shall be defined as a building or portion thereof used or designed as a residence <br />for two or more families living independent of each other. Families shall be considered to be living <br />independently of each other where their respective units have separate ingress and kitchen facilities. <br /> <br />4. For the purpose of this Schedule, commereial operations are considered to include hotels, motels and <br /> boarding houses with more than five boarders. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
