Sec. 6.2 Re-inspection and Miscellaneous Fees Reinspection fees may be made for each trip when extra inspections are necessary due to any .of the following reasons: wrong address; condemned work due to faulty construction repairs or corrections not made when inspector is called; or work not ready fo/' inspection when inspector is called. VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES Sec. 7.1 Separate Offenses Any Person who shall refuse, fail, or neglect to comply with the provisions of this ordinance or with any of the requirements thereof shall, unless otherwise provided, be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day, or portion thereof, during which any violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance is committed, continued or permitted, and upon conviction of any violation of any of the provisions of the ordinance, such person shall be punished by a fine of not more than ( $500 ) for each offense or by imprisonment for not more than six months for each offense, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
