Customer Service Nominees for the 2005 First-Quarter Service Excellence Award and announcement of Quarterly Winner 2004 Q,,nrterly Winners eligible for the 2004 Annual Service Excellence Award and announcement of Annual Winner Service Excellence S-mm~/: The Service Excellence Award program was developed by the Customer Service Committee to provide an incentive for delivering excellent customer service. Each quarter, members of the Customer Service Committee (who are exempt from the award} meet to score the nominations to select a quarterly winner. The four quarterly winners are then eligible for the Annual Service Excellence Award. To date, 109 employees are among those in this elite group of nominees. City employees have the opportunity to nominate other employees who they feel deserve to be recognized for going the extra mile in creating a positive & productive working atmosphere by submitting a written, signed statement giving examples as to why the employee should be considered for this recognition.
