August24,2004 Council considered business from the floor, but there was none. Vice Mayor Reynolds moved to approve the following Consent Agenda items; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Clark, Cobbe, Ferrill, Reynolds, Roop; Nays (0) - None: Accept and appropriate into the General Fund for the FY05 budget the following: 1. $1,061 in Revenue into 011019917 442501 - Categorical Other State/Victim Witness for Expenditure of $871 in 01219080 501100 - Victim Witness/Full Time and $190 in 01219080 501300 - Victim Witness/Part Time. 2. $50 in Revenue into 01100908 480410 - Miscellaneous/Donations/Fire Depart for Expenditure in 01321102 506110 - Fire Department/Fire Programs Council Member Roop moved to approve the following Consent Agenda item; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the following roll call vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Clark, Cobbe, Ferrill, Reynolds, Roop; Nays (0) - None: Second reading of Ordinance 1. Ordinance 2004-15 [Attachment A] on a request by the Planning Commission to amend Appendix B, Zoning Ordinance, of the City Code, by adding Section XXV, Historical Districts Council Member Roop requested that Administration and Staff research the use of laptop computers and necessary software for meetings and other communications. Council considered appointments to Boards and Commissions. Council Member Roop moved to reappoint Rives Brown Coleman, of 603 Mulberry Road, to a three-year term on the Board of Zoning Appeals, ending September 11, 2007; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Clark, Cobbe, Ferrill, Reynolds, Roop; Nays (0) - None.
