To date, ail concerns in the Druid Hills <br />& Uptown areas have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. Citizens <br />making complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />This graph includes 269 actual complaints recorded for this area for the 12 month period <br />between December 2003 and December 2004. Of the 269 complaints recorded, 252 have been <br />resolved and 17 are presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. Duplicate <br />complaints on the same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and it does not <br />include routine cails for service.
