Support of collection procedures and approve payment of <br /> expenditures associated with land sales. <br /> <br />Approval, on first reading, of Ordinance No. 2004-16 adding <br />subsection (c) to Section 21-4 of Chapter 21 Taxation of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />VI. Consider approval, on first reading of Ordinance No. 2004-17 amending <br /> Section 2-3 of Chapter 2 Administration of the City Code relating to <br /> residency requirements for department heads. <br /> <br /> <br />
