Recognition (staff/citizens) <br /> <br />A. City employee receiving Employee Suggestion Award <br /> <br />B. Nominees for the 2004 Third-Quarter Service Excellence Award and <br /> announcement of Quarterly Winner <br /> <br />C. City employees receiving Service Awards from July to September, <br /> 2004 <br /> <br />III. Receive public comment on the Southside area as part of our quarterly <br /> neighborhood focus. <br /> <br />IV. Continue discussion of the proposed merger of the Henry County Parks <br /> and Recreation Department and the City's Leisure Services Department. <br /> <br />V. Consider the following items relative to the collection of delinquent taxes: <br /> <br />A. Support of collection procedures and approve payment of <br /> expenditures associated with land sales. <br /> <br />Approval, on first reading, of Ordinance No. 2004-16 adding <br />subsection (c) to Section 21-4 of Chapter 21 Taxation of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />VI. Consider approval, on first reading of Ordinance No. 2004-17 amending <br /> Section 2-3 of Chapter 2 Administration of the City Code relating to <br /> residency requirements for department heads. <br /> <br /> <br />
