FY 2005 Community Services Performance Contract <br /> d. Billing Consumers: Develop recommendations regarding procedures about charging and <br /> billing consumers for services, particularly in those situations where consumers have no <br /> resources and continuing to bill them would be administratively burdensome and not cost <br /> effective. <br />e. Priority Populations: Resolve concerns about the continued use of pdority populations. <br /> <br />f. Discharge Planning Protocols: Complete revision of the protocols using a process that is <br /> consistent with the provisions of the Partnership Agreement. <br /> <br />g. Discharge Assistance Project: Streamline reporting for DAP, using a process that is <br /> consistent with the provisions of the Partnership Agreement. <br /> <br />h. Co-Occurring Disorders: Develop protocols for providing state facility and community- <br /> based services to individuals with dual or multiple diagnoses (e.g., MI/MR, MI/SA, MR/MI, <br /> MR/SA, SA/MI, SA/MR, MI/MR/SA), including criteria correlated to each diagnosis for <br /> admission of these individuals to particular state facilities and program or service models for <br /> serving these individuals in community settings. <br /> <br />11.
