Reynolds (3) - Cobbe, Ferrill, Reynolds; Clark (2) - Clark, Roop. <br />administered the Oath of Office to Vice Mayor Reynolds. <br /> <br /> Each Council Member offered remarks, thanking various <br /> <br />July 1,2004 <br />Mr. Pritchett <br /> <br />individuals, <br /> <br />congratulating Mayor Cobbe, Vice Mayor Reynolds, and Council Member Clark on their <br />new positions, and welcoming City Manager Dan Collins. <br /> <br /> Council considered establishing a regular meeting schedule. Council Member <br />Roop moved to continue with the current schedule and allow the City Manager time to <br />evaluate the schedule and make any recommendations; the motion was duly seconded <br />and carried by the following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Clark, <br />Cobbe, Ferrill, Reynolds, Roop; Nays (0) - None. <br /> <br /> Council considered establishing a regular work session schedule. By general <br />consensus, with no vote taken, Council agreed to allow the City Manager time to <br />evaluate the schedule and make a recommendation. <br /> <br /> Council considered establishing a regular agenda review schedule. By general <br />consensus, with no vote taken, Council agreed to continue with the current schedule for <br />July and allow the City Manager time to evaluate the schedule and make a <br />recommendation. _~. <br /> <br /> Council considered adopting rules of parliamentary procedure. Eric Monday, City <br />Attorney, briefly discussed Council's options. He will forward additional information to <br />Council. By general consensus, with no vote taken, Council set a work session for <br />Thursday, July 8, 2004, regarding this issue. <br /> <br />J. 8i <br /> <br /> <br />
