M~33,2004 <br /> <br /> A budget work session meeting of the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, <br />was held on May 13, 2004, in Council Chamber, Municipal Building, beginning at 11:00 <br />A. M., with Mayor Gene Teague presiding. Council Members present included: M. <br />Gene Teague, Mayor; Terry L. Roop, Vice Mayor; and Council Members Joseph R. <br />Cobbe, Bruce H. T. Dallas; and J. Ronald Ferrill. <br /> <br /> Council reviewed the proposed FY05 budget of the Treasurer's Office. Pat <br />Conrad, Treasurer, was available for comments and questions. <br /> <br /> Council reviewed the proposed FY05 budget of the Commonwealth Attorney's <br />Office. Joan Ziglar, Commonwealth's Attorney, was available for comments and <br />questions. <br /> <br /> Council reviewed the proposed FY05 budget of the Commissioner of the <br /> Revenue's office. Ruth Easley, Commissioner of the Revenue, was available for <br /> comments and questions. <br /> <br /> Council reviewed the proposed FY05 budget of the Registrar's Office. Ercell <br /> Cowan, Registrar, was available for comments and questions. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before Council during their budget work <br /> session meeting, upon motion by Vice Mayor Roop, duly seconded, by majority vote, <br /> <br />Mayor Teague declared the meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
