Schedule: Residential <br /> <br />Availability of Service <br /> <br /> CITY OF MARTINSVILLE <br />SCHEDULE OF ELECTRIC SERVICE <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATES: <br />City of Martinsville: <br /> <br />07/01/04 <br /> <br />Available for full domestic electric service through one meter to individual residential customers. <br />Monthly Rate <br /> <br /> Customer Charge ........................................... $6.81 per Month <br /> <br /> Energy Charge <br /> First 900 KWH ........................................ .04599 per KWH <br /> All over 900 KWH ................................... .03419 per KWH <br /> <br />Levelized Fuel Factor <br />All metered KWH ..................................... .01747 per KWH <br />Minimum Charge <br /> <br />This Schedule is subject to a minimum monthly charge equal to the Customer Charge. <br />Special Terms and Conditions <br /> <br />This Schedule is available for single phase service only. However, at the City's option, and subject to the <br />City's Terms and Conditions of Service relating to the extension of service, three phase service may he <br />provided to individual residences under this Schedule, when all service on such Schedule is taken through <br />one meter and usage is for domestic purposes. Where three phase power service is required and/or where <br />motors or heating equipment are used for commercial or industrial purposes, the applicable power Schedule <br />will apply to such power service. <br /> <br />Customer may not take service to two or more separate residences through a single <br />point of delivery, irrespective of common ownership of the several residences. <br /> <br />An owner of an apartment house shall have the choice of providing separate wiring <br />for each apartment so that the City may supply each apartment separately under this <br />Schedule. Unless this separation of service occurs, the apartment house shall be <br />served under the Schedule for Small General Service. <br /> <br /> A customer operating a business in his residence classified as a Home Occupation <br />as defined in the C'ty's Zoning Ordinance and for which a business license is required by the Commissioner <br />of Revenue may take service under this schedule provided that the maximum electrical capacity of equipment <br />for portions of the residence used for business does not exceed 2.5 KW as determined by the Electric <br />Department. <br /> <br />If the maximum electrical capacity of the equipment for the business portion of the residence exceeds 2.5 <br />KW, the entire residence shall be served and charges made under the schedule for small general service <br />(S.G.S.), unless the respective uses are metered separately; in such cases that portion of the residence used for <br />residential purposes may take service under this schedule. <br /> <br />A-1 <br /> <br /> <br />
