2. To notify all prospective contractors to file the required 'Compliance Statement', Form RD 40(L6, with their bids. <br />4. Form AD-425, Instructions to Contractors, will accompany the notice of award of the contract. To refrain from entering into any contract or contract modification subject to Executive Order 11246 of September .?~4, 1965, with: <br />contractor debarred from, or who has not demonstrated eligibility for, Government contracts and federally assisted constructio~ <br />contracts pursuant to the Executive Order and will carcy out such sanctions and penalties for violation of the equal opportunity clause a~ <br />may be imposed upon contractors and subcontractors by USDA or the Secretary of Labor pursuant to Part II, Subpart D, of th~ <br />Executive Order. <br />7.
