October 14, 2003 Roop moved to designate Earl B. Reynolds, Jr., City Manager, as the voting delegate; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Cobbe, Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. Council considered a report from the City Manager regarding the purchase of fire apparatus. City Manager Reynolds highlighted the proposal as presented at Council's work session of September 4, 2003.
