SFY 2004 CSB 100 Mental Health Medical Services Report <br /> <br /> Form 11A Consumer Medications <br />Atypical Medication Report for 100 Mental Health <br /> <br /> Type of Medication Consumers Served <br />Atypical Anti-Psychotic Medications - Unduplicated number of 670 <br />consumers prescribed at least one scheduled dose of a new generation <br />(atypical) medication by the CSB during the reporting period. <br />All Anti-Psychotic Medications - Undupiicated number of consumers 730 <br />prescribed at least one scheduled dose of any anti-psychotic <br />medication by the CSB during the reporting period. This should include <br />the number of consumers prescribed one dose of atypical medication. <br /> <br />Notes: The number of consumers receiving all anti-psychotic medications should include consumers receiving atyPical <br /> anti-psychotic medications. <br /> <br />Scheduled does not include medications prescribed as "as needed", "pm", or "now". <br /> <br />Form IfA is only submitted with the performance contract (original and revised) and the fourth quarter <br />report.
