Enclosure <br /> <br />City of Martinsville, Virginia <br /> <br /> Ordinance No. 2003-6 <br />Amending Ordinance No. 2000-4 (City Code Section 21-75) <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, in Regular <br />Session held on June 10, 2003, that Ordinance Number 2000-4, Section 21-75 of the <br />Code of the City of Martinsville, be, and hereby is, amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 21-75. Levy. <br /> <br /> There is hereby imposed and levied by the city on each person a tax at the rate of <br />~ five (5) percent on the amount paid for meals purchased from any food <br />establishment, whether prepared in such food establishment or not, and whether <br />consumed on the premises or not. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Johnathan B.
