To date, all concerns in the High School area <br />have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. Citizens making complaints <br />have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />This graph includes 244 actual complaints recorded for this area for the 12 month period between <br />March 2002 and March 2003. Of the 244 complaints recorded, 227 have been resolved and <br />17 are presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. Duplicate complaints on the <br />same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and it does not include <br />routine calls for service.
