Phillips <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO 2002-13 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, in regular session held on <br />November 12, 2002, that Section 12-50 of Martinsville Code be, and it hereby is, amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> "See. 12-50 License Year. <br /> <br /> Motor vehicles required to be licensed under this article shall be relicensed <br /> each year between February 1 and April 15." <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Johnathan B.
