Board ofZoning Appeals <br /> (One unexpired three-year term ending 9/28/2005) <br /> <br /> 2. Comprehensive Services Act Community Policy and Management Team <br /> (One unexpired two-year parent representative term ending 12/31/2003) <br /> <br /> 3. Industrial Development Authority <br /> (One unexpired four-year term ending 9/26/2003 and two four-year terms ending 9/26/2006) <br /> <br /> 4. Pittsylvania County Community Action Agency Board <br /> (One three-year term ending on 8/31/2005) <br /> <br /> B. Consultation with legal counsel pertaining to actual litigation as authorized by Subsection 7. <br /> <br />Council reconvened. At the conclusion of the aforementioned Closed Session, each member of Council <br />certified that (1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were discussed in said <br />Closed Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the motion convening the Closed Session <br />were heard, discussed, or considered during said Session. Board of Zoning Appeals <br /> Mr. Allan McClain of 1715 Meadowview Lane was reappointed to a three-year term, ending <br /> 9/28/2005. <br /> <br /> 2. Comprehensive Services Act Community Policy and Management Team <br /> No action taken. <br /> <br /> 3. Industrial Development Authority <br /> Mr. Sandy T. Carter of 507 Fifth Street was reappointed to a four-year term, ending <br /> 9/26/2006. <br /> <br /> 4. Pittsytvania County Community Action Agency Board <br /> No action taken. <br /> <br /> B.
