Ronald Ferrill <br /> <br /> Pledge to the American flag <br /> <br /> I. Consider approval of the minutes of City Council's meetings of May 20, <br /> 21, 22, 24 and 28, 2002. (See Enclosures gl-a, l-b, l-c, 1-d and l-e) <br /> <br /> II. Presentation by the Martinsville-Henry County Rescue Squad to the Fire <br /> Department. <br /> <br /> COMMENTS: Captain Mark Puckett of the Rescue Squad along with <br /> another Squad member will make this presentation. <br /> <br />III. Consider recognition of City employees receiving service awards from <br /> April through June 2002. (See Enclosure #2) <br /> <br /> COMMENTS: These employees will not be at the meeting, but the Mayor <br /> will read the list. <br /> <br />IV. Recognition of Nominees for the 2002 Second Quarter Service Excellence <br /> Award and announcement of Quarterly winner. (See Enclosure #3) <br /> <br /> COMMENTS: These employees have been invited to the meeting. <br /> <br />V. Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adoption of an Ordinance on a <br /> request from the Martinsville Redevelopment and Housing Authority to <br /> rezone 925 Rives Road from R-9 Residential to C-1 Commercial. (See <br /> Enclosure #4) <br /> <br /> COMMENTS: The Planning Commission has recommended approval of <br /> this rezoning request. <br /> <br /> <br />
