Januaw 22,2002 <br /> <br />Board of Zoning Appeals, ending October 28, 2004; the motion was <br />duly seconded and carried by the following vote, with all members <br />voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Crabtree, Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, <br />Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before Council during their regular <br /> <br />meeting, upon motion by Council Member Roop, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br /> <br />Mayor Crabtree declared the meeting adjourned at 9:03 P. M. <br /> <br />At the conclusion of this Closed Session, each member of the Authority certified <br /> <br />that (1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were <br /> <br />discussed in said Closed Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the <br /> <br />motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said <br /> <br />Session. Upon return to Open Session, the Authority took the following actions: <br /> <br />Council Member Roop moved to enter into a rental agreement, as <br />presented, with George Sawyer regarding the Rives Road Industrial <br />Park; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the following <br />vote, with all members voting: Vote 4 - 1; Yeas (4) - Crabtree, <br />Ferrill, Roop, Teague; Nays (1) - Dallas. <br />Council Member Dallas moved to participate in the HUD $1 <br />Program for 1004 Paul Street, as presented; the motion was duly <br />seconded and carried by the following vote, with all members <br />voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Crabtree, Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, <br />Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Authority during their regular <br /> <br />meeting, upon motion by Vice Chairman Teague, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br /> <br />Chairman Crabtree declared the meeting adjourned at 9:13 P.
