7. Lessee shall obtain an insurance policy on the property listing Lessors as an additional <br />nsureds, and on Lessee's personal property at the expense of Lessee. <br /> <br /> 8. Lessee agrees upon termination of this lease, and any renewal thereof, to leave the <br />~remises in as good a condition as it found them, normal wear and tear excepted. <br /> <br /> 9. Lessee shall not assign this lease or sublet the premises or any portion thereof, subject <br />o the right of Lessee, as hereinabove set forth, to allow the premises to be used by Patrick Henry <br />',ommunity College for the purpose of conducting its motor sports training program during the <br />:rm of this lease and any renewal thereof according to the terms and conditions set forth <br />~eminabove, and also set forth in the memorandum of understanding between Lessee and Patrick <br />rlenry Community College, a copy of which is incorporated by reference into this lease as <br />hough it were set forth herein verbatim. <br /> <br /> 10.
