<br /> l'he R - 16 Residential DJslrict is eslabllsbed as a dislricl for single - family, duplcx and
<br /> muhifamily residences. The regulations for this district ate inleon~d Io protect and enhance
<br /> residential development with minimum lot sizes of sixteen Ihousaod (16,000) square feet.

<br /> I. Churches aod ot hot places o f worship, including parish houses, Sunday -";c ho<fl
