Minimum additional dimensions required in the R-9 Residential District, for each <br />dwelling unit in excess of one (1), with the minimum dimensions in Section X., <br />Paragraph H., apply for one (1) unit with the exception that for two-unit (duplex) <br />apartments, the additional lot area and lot width requirements shall not apply: <br /> <br />a.) Lot area (square feet): 2,250 <br /> <br />b.) Lot Width (feet): 10 <br /> <br />c.) Side yard (feet each side): 4 <br /> <br />d.) Maximum additional lot width (feet): 90 <br />e. ) Maximum additional side yard (feet): 40 <br /> <br />1t. Permitted Uses by Special Use Permit: R-9 Residential District <br /> <br />Permitted uses by special use permit in the R-9 Residential District following <br />Special Use Procedures in Zoning Ordinance Section VIII <br /> <br />Public buildings intended for use solely by municipal, county, state or federal <br />government and community center establishments not conducted primarily for gain, m <br />any residential district; and public schools, tntblic utility stations or substations, <br />telephone, radio and television towers, water and sewage treatment plants, water tanks <br />and towers, and municipal sanitary landfills, in any district, may be permitted subject to <br />this section. The petitiOn for a special use permit shall be accompanied by: <br /> <br />a). A statement of declaration in the public interest; <br /> <br />b.) Plans showing the locations and approximate size of all existing and proposed <br /> structures within the site and ali buildings and structures within five hundred (500) <br /> feet adjacent thereto; <br /> <br />c.) Plans showing the proposed proviSions for fencing and other protective provisions <br /> for screening at the lot lines adjacent to abutting residential property; <br /> <br />d) Plans showing the anticipated service area of the facility to be constructe& and, <br /> <br />e.) Plans showing prOposed setbacks in compliance with District regulations and <br />parking areas in accordance with Section XIV. <br /> <br />2. Cemeteries and Mausoleums. <br /> <br />3. Unified Developments consisting of two (2) or more buildings to be constructed on a plot <br /> of ground not subdivided into the customary streets and lots and which will not be so <br /> <br /> <br />
