Chimneys, water tanks, towers, scenery lofts, elevator bulkheads, stacks, <br /> ornamental towers or spires, wireless or broadcasting towers, monuments, <br /> cupolas, domes, false mansards, parapet walls, and similar structures and <br /> necessary mechanical appurtenances may be erected to any height consistent <br /> with existing or hereafter adopted ordinances of the city. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Minimum lot area: Sixteen thousand (16,000) square feet. <br /> ) <br /> <br />Minimum lot width: Eighty - five (85) feet. <br /> <br />4.
