To date, all concerns in the <br />High School region have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the <br />situation. Citizens making complaints have been notified of status either by phone or <br />letter. <br /> <br />This graph includes 190 actual complaints recorded for this area between September, <br />1998 and September, 1999. Of the 190 complaints recorded, 165 have been resolved and <br />25 are presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. Duplicate <br />complaints on the same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and does <br />not include routine calls for service.
