Millner, <br /> Jr., of 141 Howard Drive, to a two-year term on the <br /> Community Criminal Justice Board, expiring February 28, <br /> 2003; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the <br /> following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 ' 0; Yeas (5) <br /> - Crabtree, Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br />2. No action. <br />3. Council Member Roop moved to appoint Mitzi Pri!laman <br /> Dailey, of 718 Beechnut Lane, to an incomplete four-year <br /> term on the Transportation Safety Commission, expiring <br /> December 31, 2001; the motion was duly seconded and <br /> carried by the following vote, with all members voting: Vote <br /> 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Crabtree, Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, Teague; <br /> Nays (0) - None. <br />4. Vice Mayor Teague moved to appoint Rebecca W.
