Consider adoption of a Resolution recognizing the Martinsville High <br />School Boys Basketball Team for winning the Group AA State <br />Championship for 2001. (See Enclosure #3) <br /> <br />COMMENTS: We have invited Coach Troy Wells and the Team to <br />attend the meeting. We recommend that Council adopt this Reso- <br />lution as prepared. <br /> <br />VI. Conduct the Town Meeting. (See Enclosure 444) <br /> <br />VII. STAFF REPORTS: <br /> <br />A. Financial report for month ending 2/28/2001. <br /> <br />VIII. CONSENT AGENDA: <br /> <br />Set a Public Hearing for April 10 on a request from the City to <br />rezone two parcels and a portion of a third parcel in the Deer- <br />field Acres Subdivision, Stage C, located at the end of the <br />extension of Independence Drive (to be known on the Tax Map <br />of the City as 47(1) 10, 11, 12), from M-2 Industrial to R-9 <br />Residential. <br /> <br />B, <br /> <br />Set a Public Hearing for April 10 on a request from the City to <br />amend the Proposed Land Use Map to reflect three parcels in <br />the Deerfield Acres Subdivision, Stage C (to be known as 47(1) <br />10, 11, 12 on the Tax Map of the City of Martinsville), to be <br />designated as Medium Density Residential. <br /> <br />C. Accept and appropriate the following related to the City's FY <br /> 2000-2001 Budget: <br /> <br />Hooker Field Fund: $4,246 into Revenue 40100909- <br />418104--Reimbursement of Unanticipated Costs for <br />Expenditure 40720420-508201--Equipment (Insurance <br />reimbursement for stolen mower). <br /> <br />General Fund: $3,100 from various donations into Reve- <br />nue 01100908-480404--Donations/Special Events for <br />Expenditure 017 112 10-50601 O--Leisure Services/Special <br />Events. <br /> <br />IX.
