229 <br />October 10, 2000 <br /> <br />by Council Member Dallas, duly seconded, and by unanimous recorded vote, Council <br />convened in Closed Session, for the purpose of discussing the following matters: <br /> <br /> A. Discussion of prospective businesses or industries or expansion of <br /> existing businesses or industries where no previous announcement <br /> has been made of the businesses' or industries' interest in locating <br /> their facilities in the community, as authorized by Subsection 5. <br /> <br /> At the conclusion of this Closed Session, each member of Council certified that <br />(1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were <br />discussed in said Closed Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the <br />motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said <br />Session. Upon return to Open Session, Council took no action. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before Council during their regular <br />meeting, upon motion by Council Member Dallas, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br />Mayor Crabtree declared the meeting adjourned at 8:59 P.
